Use Methods of Pipeline Filters

As a hydraulic term, filter for pipeline is a filter used in the pipeline part of the hydraulic system. Filter for pipeline is a filter involved in pipeline transportation. The filter for pipeline is mainly composed of connecting pipe, cylinder, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners. Installed on the pipeline, it can remove large solid impurities in the fluid, so that the machinery and equipment including compressors, pumps and so on. And instruments can work and operate normally, so as to stabilize the process and ensure safe production.

Ⅰ. Manual control method of filter for pipeline

Turn the selector switch to the manual position, the motor and hydraulic control valve will be powered on, the hydraulic control valve will be opened and the blowdown will begin. Turn the selector switch to the automatic position to enter the automatic state.

The manual control state is a means to check whether the motor and hydraulic control valve can work normally. If the sewage cannot be discharged normally in the manual control state, the automatic control state will not work normally.

Ⅱ. Automatic control method of filter for pipeline

Turn the selector switch of filter for pipeline to the automatic position, and first set the filter time and blowdown time timer. The lower nixie tube of the timer displays the set value, and the upper nixie tube displays the timing value.

Timer setting method: press bit selection key, the first nixie tube in the lower row flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, press the bit selection key after adjustment, the second nixie tube flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, and so on. When the time is set, the nixie tube will continue to flash for 8 seconds. After 8 seconds, the value will be stored in the memory and will not be lost after power failure. After adjusting the value, press the start key to start timing. If the machine provided by a professional valve exporter is powered off, the next time it is powered on, the timer will start automatically and count according to the set time.

The filtering time is in minutes, up to 9999 minutes. The blowdown time is in seconds, and the maximum time is 99.99 seconds. When the machine is powered on, use the selector switch to enter the automatic state. Filter first, and the filter time timer starts counting. At the same time, the differential pressure switch also compares the actual differential pressure with the set differential pressure. If the set filter time is up and the differential pressure is not up, the filter for pipeline also opens the blowdown valve for cleaning and blowdown. The filter time stops counting and the blowdown time starts counting. When the blowdown time is up, close the blowdown valve, stop cleaning and blowdown, stop counting the blowdown time, start counting the filtration time, and enter the next cycle. If the set filtration time is not up and the differential pressure is up, the filter for pipeline opens the blowdown valve for cleaning and blowdown, stop counting the filtration time, and start counting the blowdown time. When the blowdown time is up, close the blowdown valve, stop cleaning and blowdown, stop counting the blowdown time, and start counting the filtration time, and move in circles so on.
