Floating Oil Recovery System

MstnLand's floating oil recovery system is also called oil spill skimmer system. It's a floating oil and oil slick recovery device with skid mounted design. The whole system is composed of three main units: floating skimmer, oil-water separator and explosion-proof PLC controller. And it integrates oil slick collection, filtration and separation functions. It's a physical treatment based on the separation principle of laminar flow and gravity, suitable for the collection of oil slicks on the water surface, and can also be used to separate liquids with different specific gravity. It's a kind of energy saving, environmental protection and efficient oil slick recovering equipment.

• The floating skimmer unit takes advantage of the difference in density between oil and water to collect the oil by overflow. The overflow layer can always maintain dynamic balance without manual adjustment, and a counterweight module is added to adapt to different densities of water and liquids.

• The separation unit has the functions of oil extraction and filtration, and the functions of rectification separation and flow channel differentiation are provided.

• Explosion-proof PLC controller controls the pumping system, vacuum system and the whole system logic control with high level of automation, and easy to operate.
