Do You Know All these Characteristics of Knife Gate Valves?

Knife gate valves have advantages like simple and compact structure, reasonable design, material saving, reliable sealing, flexible operation, small volume, smooth passage, small flow resistance, lightweight, easy installation, easy disassembly, etc.

Knife gate valves completely solve the common cons of gate valves, flat gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, and other valves: big, heavy, large flow resistance, difficult to install, and other problems.

They can replace the general globe valve and regulating valve, which can be put in the working pressure of 1.0 MPa or up to 2.5 MPa, temperature between -29 to 550 ℃.

Knife gate valves' discs can scrape the adhesion on the sealing surface and automatically remove the debris. A stainless steel disc can prevent the sealing leakage caused by corrosion.

Knife gate valves are suitable for oil, water, and steam pipelines in coal selection, slagging, urban sewage treatment, food, paper, pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical industry.
