Recently, MSTN swiftly completed on-site troubleshooting and initial remediation for a sudden malfunction in an ozone denitrification system of a South Korean company, and formulated a comprehensive systematic solution. This task laid a solid foundation for the subsequent comprehensive repair and stable operation of the equipment.

 

On the first work day after the Chinese New Year Vocation, MSTN received an urgent notice from the Korean client that its ozone denitrification system had suddenly malfunctioned and faced the risk of exceeding NOx emissions. MSTN immediately activated the emergency mechanism, with online support provided by the project service department in collaboration with the overseas business department for precise analysis. And in early March, a team of technical engineers arrived at the project site in South Korea and immediately began intensive investigation work.

 

During the on-site investigation, the engineer quickly identified the cause and successfully restored some of the equipment's functions. At the same time, based on the consideration of long-term stable operation, the MSTN team has customized a complete systematic solution for client and provided professional guidance on the subsequent supplementary procurement of spare parts, ensuring accurate and efficient repair work in the next comprehensive repair to ensure the equipment resumes normal operation.

 

At present, the on-site troubleshooting and preliminary disposal tasks have been successfully completed as planned. After the spare parts arrive, MSTN engineers will go to South Korea again to complete the comprehensive repair and performance optimization of the equipment.
