In accordance with the provisions of the "Tianjin Work Safety Regulations" and the "Safety Training Management System" of MSTN Group, the EHS Department of MSTN (Tianjin) Catalyst Co., Ltd. organized the 2025 annual comprehensive safety production education and training in two sessions on November 10 and 11, 2025.
This training aimed to comprehensively enhance employees' safety awareness and skills, focusing on five core areas to lay a solid foundation for the company's safety production efforts in the coming new year.

The training commenced with all personnel carefully watching the "Tianjin Work Safety Warning Education Film" (Third Edition) produced by the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau. Through various major accident warnings, the session aimed to enhance safety awareness among all staff, emphasizing their role as the primary responsible parties for their own safety. Employees were instructed to consciously eliminate unsafe work habits and violations, thereby preventing safety risks at the source.
2. Dual prevention mechanism: Building a secure core system
By promoting the dual prevention mechanism of safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and governance to them, all employees of MSTN(Tianjin) have gained a comprehensive understanding and recognition of the dual prevention mechanism work. The next step is to organize and implement the dual prevention mechanism work under the leadership of the main leaders.

3. Implementation of the Responsibility System: Clarifying the "Dual Responsibilities of One Position"
This training provided a detailed interpretation of the key content of the company's "All staff Safety Production Responsibility System" and clarified the direction for revision and improvement in the next step. The training also reiterated the working principles of "safety production, everyone's responsibility" and "dual responsibility for one position, each taking their own responsibility", so that all employees are aware of and value their job safety production responsibilities. Subsequently, the company will sign a new annual safety production responsibility agreement for all employees step by step, and improve the assessment and reward and punishment mechanism to ensure that the pressure of responsibility is transmitted to every employee.
4. Special homework management: Strictly adhering to the safety red line
For high-risk areas, this training focused on promoting the company's "Special Operation Safety Management System". The content covers: strict contractor safety qualification review and admission; Strengthen the compliance management of the approval process for special assignments; Implement the training, assessment, and certification system for special operation safety supervisors. By strengthening process supervision, ensure that every special task is under control.

5. Occupational Health and Environmental Protection: Focusing on Comprehensive Protection
Finally, this training provided a detailed introduction to the "occupational health management status" and "hazardous waste management requirements" in the production process, making employees aware of the occupational hazards and prevention measures in their job positions, as well as the types of hazardous waste and safety and environmental management requirements in the production process, and enhancing their comprehensive protection awareness.

This all staff safety production education and training effectively enhanced employees' safety production awareness and knowledge and skills level. The assessment after the training will further evaluate the effectiveness of the safety production education and training for all employees and confirm their mastery of safety production knowledge.
