What kind of sparks will be ignited when hardcore technology meets the spring day in Wuhan City?
Recently, two cherry blossom-themed 3D-printed public restrooms, designed by SpaceDicon made a stunning debut along the Wuhan Marathon route in Renhe Road, Hongshan District. The all-pink-and-white buildings, with their dynamic petal-like shapes, perfectly blend with the vibrant cherry blossom scenery of Wuhan in spring, creating a unique urban landmark by the track.
These two public restrooms, located at the entrance of Wufeng Primary School and the intersection of Heping Port Road near WISCO Gymnasium, were officially opened to the public during the Hanmar Marathon event on March 21.

Cherry blossoms are the form, technology is the bone
The biggest highlight of these two public restrooms is their subversion of traditional construction methods.
Visually, they cleverly incorporate cherry blossom elements - streamlined contours resembling blooming petals, with exquisite cherry blossom decorations on the sides, and a fresh and natural pink and white color scheme that complements the spring scenery of the surrounding racetrack.
And what supports this beautiful shape is the Pstone series of architectural 3D printing robots independently developed by SpaceDicon. Through digital modeling and robot printing, building components are stacked layer by layer like "milking oil", accurately reproducing complex curved shapes.
Solid waste recycling, green and low-carbon
In addition to their stylish designs, these two public toilets are also at the forefront of environmental protection concepts.
According to the urban management department of Hongshan District, the core printing material of public restrooms is based on recycled construction waste, realizing the resource recycling of urban solid waste and practicing the green and low-carbon concept from the source.
This is precisely where the technological advantage of space intelligent construction lies - through independently developed material formulas, construction waste can be turned into treasure, while ensuring printing performance and structural strength, significantly reducing carbon emissions. This flexible mode of "local materials+on-site printing" has also achieved a qualitative leap in construction efficiency.
The future is here, intelligent manufacturing is infinite
From the honeycomb smart public restrooms in Luzhou, Sichuan to the cherry blossom themed public restrooms at the Hanma racetrack in Wuhan, SpaceDicon is redefining the construction of urban infrastructure through "digitalization".
In the future, SpacDicon will continue to promote the independent research and development of "unmanned aerial vehicle based 3D printing robots", and even initiate the conceptual design of "lunar building 3D printing robots", bringing "Yizhuang Intelligent Manufacturing" to a broader stage.
Over the past Hanma weekend, if you pass by the Hanma racetrack, why not go and see these two "most beautiful public restrooms" with your own eyes - and experience how hardcore technology adds warmth and romance to the city.
